Restoration

As a restorer of historical ceramics, I analyze and reconstruct historical glazes and brick material in small series and single pieces. Think of relief stones, facade stones or tiles. In comparison to my own designs, here the target is to meet the reconstruction closest to the original material in order to maintain the historical value of a monumental building. The research of a historic glaze or slip layer requires a secure analysis of the material and the ingredients as well as an optimal documentation.
